Terms & Conditions for Leasing
Who Can offer for Leasing out his/her Cottage in "Dooarsree" ?
Any member who had purchased an unit in "Dooarsree"
When can I lease out my Cottage ?
The lease agreement will be signed after registration, physical possesion & installation of electric meter in your favor.
What is the tenure of this lease agreement ?
The tenure of this lease agreement will be 12 months but at a consolidated period of 5 years.
Is it compulsory to renew my lease agreement after every consecutive 12 months for a period of 5 years ?
No. You are free with the option of renewing further after 12 months. After first 12 months the lease agreement can be renewed with additional terms & conditions (if applicable) on mutual understanding by both the parties.
Is the lease amount is fixed for each years ?
No. After each 12 months an additional 10% increase of lease amount will be provided for the consecutive 12 months.
What is the lease amount will I get for the first year ?
The yearly lease amount will be published shortly.
What is the payment structure for the lease agreement ?
On signing the lease agreement you will receive a cheque of consolidated amount for 12 months at a time.
Can I use my cottage after the lease agreement ?
We offer you 48 days of free enjoyment of your cottage out of 365 days (12 months) conditionaly that you are not entitled to avail the weekends (saturday's & sunday's) & any public holidays (National/State) & further subject to the online availability as per online booking system.
Who will pay the electricity bill & maintainance charges during the lease period ?
Both the charges will be bourne by us.
Who will pay the electric & maintainance cost during my 48 days of free usage ?
Will will pay all the electric & maintainance charges during your free usage & the tenure of the agreement.
Can I rent out or send my guests during my free 48 days to anyone of my choice & my price ?
Yes. You can rent out or send your guests & can collect any amount as you feel but he/she should not violet the rules & regulations of the property.
